Far from feeling isolated working from home, I have at the end of the phone or email a whole group of experienced and friendly editors to help with all manner of enquiries. Most of what I try to do someone has done before and is more than happy to pass on their knowledge and experience. I never feel like I’m bugging anyone, because I’m asking a whole group, and I always get a reply! It beats dealing with office politics anyday!

When I decided to join the Family Grapevine Group and set up my directory, I knew nothing about the process or where to start, but the level of support and help from everyone has been amazing. It does give a real family feel that you can just contact another editor and they do their best to help!
